A Variety of Ways to Engage with Our Collection

School Visits

Under the OPW Free Educational Visits for Schools Scheme we offer free tours of Farmleigh House to primary and secondary schools. (Advance booking essential).

Under this scheme, all primary and second-level pupils, can visit Office of Public Works sites free of charge. Visits must be booked during the school year and follow the national curriculum approved by the Department of Education and Skills. For your own comfort consider choosing the low season for your trip – less crowding will mean more space for your group to explore.
