A visit to Farmleigh Estate is always a joy. The grounds, the delightful café, the wonderful House with excellent Tour Guides, all of this to appreciate. I feel grateful that we have this glorious place to visit. I for sure plan a return visit.
Farmleigh House and Estate is an absolute gem! Tucked away at the edge of Phoenix Park, this historic house is full of charm, elegance, and a real sense of Irish heritage. Originally built in the 18th century and expanded by the Guinness family, the interiors are beautifully preserved — full of art, antiques, and stunning craftsmanship. The guided tour was fantastic — really informative without feeling rushed.
Wonderful historic house that once belonged to the Guinness family for 150yrs approx. Now belonging to the Irish state and full of masterpiece paintings, antiques, and beautiful gardens and grounds with a beautiful cafe by the lake and worth visiting! Excellent guided tours of the house and the grounds are free to roam . A great day out!
