Join us to celebrate Romania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union (January – June 2019).

Thursday March 21st 6.00 – 8.00pm (Concert starts at 7pm sharp, late entry not permitted.)

The singing of well-known European vocal music, belonging to Antonio Vivaldi, Gioachino Rossini, Felix Mendelssohn, Francis Poulenc, Claude Debussy, Richard Strauss and Gheorghe Dima, will be interspersed with chamber music works of Romania’s most important composer, George Enescu, including duets, trios and his Nocturne ‘Villa d’Avrayen’ for piano quartet.

Some of the artists performing will be Fionnuala Hunt, Ioana Constantin-Pipelea, Aileen Cahill, Gabriela Pipelea, Andreea Banciu and Adrian Mantu.

This event is supported by Precision Pianos.

A wine & canapés reception will start at 6:00pm, prior to the concert.
